Regarding typology and the frequently used stone for the shrines, South Moravia and especially the Znojmo Region formed a single cultural area with Lower Austria in that period of time, which to some extent also applies to the neighbouring Moravian regions. The number of identified examples of this type of small architecture continuously increases, though some are just new findings based on historical photographs of perished structures. The selected examples of these small-sized structures (Hostěradice, Olbramovice, Valtice, Jaroslavice, Modřice), including the yet unpublished ones, are subjected to typological and morphology analyses and comparisons, and attempts to identify their workshop relations are conducted. Furthermore, the recognised modern history of these structures is monitored.
